The Offer

Pulse

Sharpen Your View

60 min conversation

We find out which future questions matter most for your business. We bring knowledge of existing future scenarios and identify what is already on your radar and what isn't yet.

Result Clarity on which future questions matter to you

Workshop

Create Momentum

3–6 hours

A format for your team or leadership group, and your entry into working with the future. Together we open up and look at the changes that are already here: what is shifting in your environment, and which developments really matter for your business? First understand the future, then find your answer to it.

Result A shared view of the changes around you

Future Vision

Set the course

3–4 sessions or 1-day workshop

For businesses that want to set themselves a clear goal. Building on the changes you already know, we develop a shared picture of where you want to be in a few years, which core values guide you, and why. From this we derive concrete first steps and agree who takes them. The result is a course your whole team stands behind.

Result A clear goal and first steps everyone stands behind

Prototype

Test the direction

4–8 weeks

Prototyping is an established method for testing a new direction before every detail is planned. Together we develop a concrete prototype and put it to use in order to get real feedback: does the direction hold up, or does it need sharpening? A prototype can be an offer for a new target group, a sharper brand presence or a new way of working.

Result Real feedback on whether your new direction holds
