We process as little personal data as possible. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third parties, not even fonts.

2. Legal basis
We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (enquiries and contracts) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website securely).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When pages are accessed, the server stores technically necessary information: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page. This data is used only to operate and secure the website, is not combined with other data, and is deleted or anonymised by the host after a short time. We have a data processing agreement with IONOS.
4. Contact by email and contact form
When you write to us, we process your details (name, company, email address and message) to answer your enquiry. The contact form sends your details to us as an email through our host’s server; they are not stored on the website. We keep enquiries as long as needed to handle them or as required by statutory retention periods.
5. Booking a call via Cal.com
You can book a call through a link to Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). The click takes you away from our website. Cal.com processes the details you enter when booking (name, email address, chosen time and any message) so that the appointment can take place; Cal.com’s own privacy policy also applies. If you would rather not use Cal.com, simply write to us by email.
6. No cookies, no tracking
We use no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising or social media services. The fonts used are stored on our own server.
7. Disclosure and processing abroad
We do not pass your data on to third parties, except to service providers we need for operation (hosting and email), and only to the extent necessary. Our host's servers are located in the EU. Switzerland recognises the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection. If you book a call via Cal.com, your booking details go to Cal.com in the USA (see section 5).
8. Your rights
You have the right to information about your data, to correction, deletion and restriction of processing, to receive your data, and to object to processing. To do so, write to hello@ora-futures.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and, where the GDPR applies, with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU.
9. Changes
We update this statement when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
