Founded by Lena Tünkers, based in Zürich, working across Europe.
In many businesses, strategy and the view ahead are improvised intuitively alongside day-to-day business. On the other side, many consulting approaches and futures methods are too abstract and time-consuming for the pragmatic reality of businesses.
Yet our European business landscape urgently needs a pinch of farsight and effective change. On this premise, ORA was founded. We strengthen the willingness to act boldly despite uncertainty.
The future is not a question of foreseeing it accurately, but of courage, imagination and the willingness to act.
Yes, ORA is another consultancy, with yet another approach. Why? Simply because there are many possible futures, and so it takes many different ways of working with the future.

Lena Tünkers
Facilitator and futures consultant
Born in Düsseldorf, she grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. That is why she knows what it means to keep a business running day by day and that any strategic look ahead has to ground in concrete action.
Lena studied business administration, innovation, psychology and futures studies in Germany, Denmark, Australia and the USA. This was followed by her own start-up projects, the innovation team at HelloFresh and seven years as an independent consultant in futures literacy, strategic foresight and change management.
Ever since, she has been driven by the question of how businesses can deal with an unpredictable future.
